• Below you will find details on our terms and conditions regarding your journey with us, how we operate and how he handles different circumstances, to be as completely transparent as possible, leaving your mind at ease from when you send that first inquiry, to walking out of our office with your new timepiece.

RETURNS POLICY

• Any purchase made in our office can be refunded or returned within 14 days of purchase in unused condition. If there is not a product you wish to exchange for, we can offer an exchange voucher for a future product exchange.
• Purchases made online may only be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase if they are in an unused condition. Goods purchased online will come with a tamper-proof returns sticker which allows for the Goods to be tried on and examined for any faults. Returns will not be accepted if this sticker has been damaged or removed.

CUSTOMS & LOCAL TAXES

• All of our timepieces are sold on a pre-owned marginal scheme; therefore, no tax or duties Is to be paid on the watches we sell.

INSURANCE

• Here at Laptop Mall’s, we believe that peace of mind is one of the biggest components in every transaction, this being said, after a successful payment has been made, we send and insure our parcel to the billing address off payment, first-class signed and tracked using either Royal Mail or FedEx depending if it’s a national or international shipment.

• If unfortunately, you do have a complaint with our service or a member of our staff, feel free to contact us at support@Laptopmall.pk below, and we will work our hardest to get this sorted for yourself, to leave your future transactions with us easy and stress-free.

DELIVERY

• Worldwide Shipping.
• Laptop Mall’S may contact customers after purchase to discuss their delivery method.
• Laptop Mall’S use M&P to ship all of our watches and they are insured under them during the shipping process. Once delivery has been made the security of the watch becomes the responsibility of the client.
